Grab your loved ones and hold them close because Yotto’s new track titled ‘The One You Left Behind‘ is a chilling, emotional track. This club instrumental features the elegant, Icelandic vocals Vok singer, Margaret Ran Magnusdottir. The Helsinki producer has done it again by giving us a heartbreak anthem to resonate with.
Powered by a compelling low-end bass line and groove, floating synths begin the track and slowly crescendo into Margaret’s ethereal singing the words “listen closely”. This record exudes drama, distress, and pround contemplation with the lyrics “Can you feel? Can you feel my heartbeat? Not the one, just the one you left behind”. Margret’s moody Scandinan tone fit the straightforward club vibe perfectly. You feel a wave emotion as it starts and then breathe a sigh relief when it ends. There is relentless joy in letting go anything through this single.
Finnish DJ and producer Otto Yliperttula is a rising deep house star. Anjunadeep debuted him in early 2015 and he has gained a loyal following since. Support comes from Solomun, Jamie Jones, Patrice Baumel, Eric Prydz, Adriatique and Joris Voorn. Backed by such talent, he is ready to release his debut album, Hyperfall.
