Facing Jinx will release his debut LP later this week.
London-based DJ/producer Facing Jinx follows up an EPs on Fokuz Records, and his own Peer Pressure Records co-founded alongside fellow artist Philth, with a 12-track LP on the latter landing this Friday (31st July).
Drawing on elements and inspiration from jungle and liquid, to soul and hip-hop, 'For the Good of it All' radiates energy and diversity in each of its tracks, with a string of collaborators including Conduct, Ewan J. Phillips, and Khost. The LP also features two productions released on the 'Remember to Breathe / Here with You' EP, which dropped on Peer Pressure Records earlier this year.
On LP track 'Talking Sense', Facing Jinx teams up with Dexta and singer Becca Jane Grey for a dark-yet-delicate slice of liquid-laced drum & bass. With emotive keys and soft, sultry vocals, 'Talking Sense' is a smooth and sensual trip through sublime soundscapes.
