Over the past weekend, we attended Audiotistic 2018 and it was a blast. The festival returned to Northern California’s Shoreline Amphitheater and featured two outdoor stages, Frequency 1.1 and 2.2. This was also the first time ever that Audiotistic happened over two days. To make things even more exciting, the marvelous Elektra art installation was featured on the festival’s grounds. Elektra made her first appearance at EDC Las Vegas 2018 and attendees were stoked to see her again.
Also, the lineup was an amazing genre-melding combination. Audiotistic wasn’t strictly EDM, there was also hip-hop acts like Lil Wayne and Rich the Kid + Famous Dex. Day 2 featured the first ever Gud Vibrations stage hosted by NGHTMRE and SLANDER. NGHTMRE and Slander even closed out the festival with a B2B set. Overall, the lineup was stacked with phenomenal talent including Whipped Cream, Dombreski, Porter Robinson‘s alter ego Virtual Self, 4B, Rezz, and Kaskade to name a few.
After the release their after movie, they announced Audiotistic Southern California for December 18. Keep an eye on the Audiotistic website for more info on that!
