Björk, Uncle Waffles, and Skepta are among the names confirmed for Apple Music Live: NYE. Combining pre-recorded and live sets, the celebrations will begin at 9PM GMT on the recently launched radio platform Apple Music Club and Apple Music 1.
Proceedings open with audio-only streams, including a DJ set from Icelandic legend Björk, alongside Apple Music residents NAINA and Tim Sweeney. From 11PM, fans can tune in for audio and video of British grime icon turned DJ Skepta and amapiano star Uncle Waffles.
Performances were recorded at The Cause, one of the most respected spaces in London's club scene. The multi-roomed venue opened its new home "in its fullest form" for the first time at the beginning of this year.
All that aside, a specially curated 24-hour programme will also broadcast across Apple Music Club and Apple Music 1 to ring in 2025. The line-up includes DJ mixes by the likes of John Summit, Justice, Rüfüs Du Sol, Jyoty, and horsegiirl.
During this year's Amsterdam Dance Event, Uncle Waffles played a DJ set at one of Amsterdam's most celebrated venues, Melkweg. You can rewatch the show via DJ Mag below.
