Gesaffelstein is again.
We’ll say it once more…
Gesaffelstein is again.
The lauded darkish prince techno, the French purveyor indecent ideas, is out now with a brand new track known as “Reset” on Columbia Records. And higher but, it comes with an ficial music video.
“Reset” the track is a darkish and brooding, minimalistic home tune that rolls alongside with out too many eccentricities nor gildings. It merely is what it's. The video, however, is a bit of more durable to decipher. It options actors as lookalikes for fashionable present rappers, like an apparent Tekashi 6ix9ine stand-in, and maybe a much less apparent Lil Peep doppelgänger. (Fun truth: it’s the identical actor.)
At this level, Gesaffelstein may put out a canopy John Cage’s “four’33” and the world would go nuts. Of course, we’re completely satisfied that it’s one thing greater than that…
Listen to “Reset” beneath.
