According to Swedish daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter, Steve Angello announced that Swedish House Mafia are in fact back in the studio. After a five year hiatus, the trio made a surprise comeback at Ultra Miami in March this year.
Steve Angello confirmed to another Swedish newspaper, Sydsvenskan, that SHM had been in talks regarding upcoming gigs. With rumours flying around for months, it seems that the message is now clear: Swedish House Mafia is back.
It seems that fans the legendary Swedish trio can rest assured, they’re here to stay. With this confirmation from Steve Angello its only a matter time before the other rumours become certainties. He recently told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that the trio will play Tomorrowland 2019 “by any means necessary.”
