Out today Swedish platform Snafu Records is “Nightmare,” a new single from LA based artist Brooke Williams. With a striking blend country and fresh pop influences, Williams continues to rack up streams online with her music.
Now she presents a tune that is hugely satisfying from first listen – a grooving mesh electronic and pop sensibilities with an earthy sway and some cleverly arranged guitar work. She says the track: “I used to hang out with this guy who always described himself as a ‘nightmare.’ Every time I hung out with him, we’d have the craziest, most unexpected adventures. He was the kind person who pushed your comfort zone and you’d become addicted to the fun and thrill it. He was spontaneous and could never make his mind up about a girl, let alone anything else.”
