Out today on Deadbeats, Ducky has shared her new track “Addicted To Your Distance.” The song was first debuted during her recent EDC performance, where she also unveiled her new live setup complete with live guitar, drums and vocals — all played by her.
“Addicted” is a frenetic, chaotic, and rough around the edges bass track that doesn’t quite fit within midtempo or dubstep. Along with Ducky’s own pitched vocals and personal meaning, the track ebbs and flows between a more innocent sound and quite a hellish soundscape.
The release the track comes full circle today as she performs her live setup once again tonight at Bonnaroo on The Other stage at 7:00pm. Check it out below!
