Gain Insider Edge Through The MDLBEAST Artist Management Bootcamp 2025

The MDLBEAST Foundation has opened applications for its Artist Management Bootcamp (AMB) 2025, designed to accelerate careers in artist management. Graduates will be recognized at XP Music Futures 2025, receiving certificates and membership in the XP Artist Manager Association. The program blends industry education with practical training. It’s addressing a growing demand for professional managers across the region’s rapidly expanding music scene.

In 2024, the bootcamp graduated 35 participants who are now developing professional careers within the music ecosystem. Mentors included Cristiana Votta of Alegria Agency, representing Black Coffee and THEMBA, and Karima Damir, Warner Music’s A&R MENA Director. Additional guidance came from international managers, including Pirlanta Touba and Carlo-Alberto Cavalloti, who brought diverse expertise to the program. Strong backing from YouTube, Sony Music Group, and Warner Music Group reinforced the bootcamp’s role as a trusted industry platform. The 2025 edition introduces a refreshed curriculum reflecting global shifts, equipping managers to thrive in today’s increasingly competitive music business.

Applicants may choose between a three-week online program or a two-week immersive track in Riyadh. Both conclude with a certificate ceremony at XP Music Futures. This marks their official entry into a professional network spanning regional and international circles. This combination of practical knowledge, recognition, and direct access to industry professionals positions graduates for long-term success in artist management.

Curriculum and Opportunities for Emerging Managers

The curriculum covers every dimension of modern artist management, balancing theoretical understanding with practical skills. Sessions tackle branding, communication, data analysis, copyright, A&R processes, and the intricacies of contract negotiations. Participants will also learn to manage tours, secure sponsorships, build fan bases, and negotiate complex agreements like 360 deals and distribution contracts.

The program places equal emphasis on artist wellbeing and adapting to the latest in music technology and innovation. This ensures graduates understand both the human and structural sides of guiding talent. Classes are interactive, classroom-style settings, blending discussion with real-world case studies. Graduates leave with more than a certificate. They gain a professional toolkit tailored for artist management, immediate membership in the XP Artist Manager Association, and access to a powerful industry network. These benefits cement the program as a launchpad for those ready to navigate careers in the global music business.

MDLBEAST has officially opened applications to aspiring or early-career managers with up to three years of experience for the Artist Management Bootcamp 2025. While applicants should have some industry knowledge, holding a bachelor’s degree in Music Business or related fields is an advantage.
