LA Will Never Die! Xcellerated to Celebrate 5 Year Anniversary this Weekend With Mega Lineup

Xcellerated is having a pretty huge couple months. As DnB and bass music heads in LA know, Xcellerated always has stacked lineups with multiple huge headliners and at least two rooms bass music featuring local legends as well, but in the next few weeks the monthly club based out Club Union will mark its five year anniversary and partner with the mega huge Spanish Innovation festival for two nights bass-based raging, including a luxe af boat party. Not a bad way to celebrate a birthday.

It’s funny to think that Xcellerated has hit five years already because it both seems like the LA bass mainstay has been around forever and that the time has gone incredibly fast. It’s likely because all the huge names the company has hosted would normally take a decade or more to run through. Xcellerated’s motto is always to pack the talent to the rafters and while it would be impossible to name them all, the line up for the ficial anniversary this Saturday July 28 is plenty evidence.

Xcellerated will have three rooms set up at Union this weekend. The main stage hosted by MCs Dino, JTec, Dre and Werd will have five mega headliners: U.S. -based V Recordings darling Random Movement, Playaz playas Annix, DnB legends Total Science and  the LA debuts Emperor and Shield. How do you even decide who is the actual headliner with a lineup like that?

Never a company to neglect the LA love, Xcellerated will also have The Lt at Union stacked with local legends: DJ APX1, Clutch, Evol, Premier, Keekz Deejaye, Kenny Ray, Keith Chapman, Masseo aka Hokilla, Rawtee and Seebass will all be holding it down for the City Angels DnB scene. The Circle Bar meanwhile will be dedicated to the Queens the Jungle: GG BRONZIE, JN9NE, Maia Avalon, Precious, Roxanne, Soothslayer and Trouble will all be kicking the lady vibes, hosted by Dyer MC and JB MC.

Clearly Xcellerated showed up to its own birthday with all the presents, but what better party for regular event that’s been blasting all the best names in bass for five years? Nothing less will do. Then on top that partiers will barely have time to recover before Xcellerated comes through with Innovation for another headliner-stacked party at Union and then a massive Sunday boat party on August 18-19. If anyone was questioning the old addage “California knows how to party,” check out Xcellerated and its month worth blowouts.
