Major Lazer x Khalid release new track “Trigger” today, the latest fering from the upcoming DEATH STRANDING: Timefall soundtrack, featuring original music inspired by the upcoming PS4 game. Earlier this month it was announced that RCA Records has partnered with Sony Interactive Entertainment (“SIE”) to release the soundtrack on November 7th, pre order is available now.
The track features a st, soothing melody that sets itself apart from the usual raucous tone Major Lazer’s typical fare. With Khalid in the mix, “Trigger” receives a deeper story and meaning that also ties into the video game.
