When it comes to Billboard‘s dance/electronic charts, Marshmello and Lady Gaga reign supreme.
Marshmello and Bastille hold down the genre’s No. 1 song the decade with their massive hit collaboration, “Happier.” The song has remained at No. 1 for 60 weeks and counting since September 2018.
The Chainsmokers and Coldplay‘s collab “Something Just Like This” comes in at No. 2, followed by Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey‘s “The Middle” at No. 3, Avicii‘s “Wake Me Up” with Aloe Blacc at No. 4, and Major Lazer and DJ Snake‘s “Lean On” featuring MO at No. 5.
Impressively, Lady Gaga’s album The Fame is the top performing dance/electronic album the decade, even though it came out in 2008. The Fame spent 108 total weeks at No. 1, topping the charts for 62 those weeks within the past 10 years.
The Top 5 includes Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories at No. 2, David Guetta‘s Nothing But the Beat at No. 3, ODESZA‘s In Return at No. 4 and The Chainsmokers’ Collage EP at No. 5.
