Many people would travel to the ends the Earth to see Swedish House Mafia perform live. The #1 DJ in the world, Martin Garrix, just so happens to be one those people.
In an interview with Power Hit Radio, Garrix expresses his deep appreciation for the group and describes how it was seeing them perform together again. “It was amazing,” he gushes. “I’m a huge fan the guys. Seeing the show, hearing all the song, seeing them onstage together again — it was amazing.”
He talks first meeting the guys, back when he once snuck into a Swedish House Mafia show, how Sebastian Ingrosso especially has become a mentor, and most importantly, the radiating happiness and joy felt during the concert.
“I’m a huge fanboy,” Garrix admits. If he wasn’t heading f on tour, he’d be hitting up round two tonight, and probably even be back for a third time the next night.
