It has only been two short years since PEEKABOO invaded the scene and his underground bass-heavy style has already captured the attention of some of the industry’s top tastemakers, such as REZZ, RL Grime and Bassnectar. You might recognize the name from his collaboration with the latter, “Disrupt The System.”
This year, PEEKABOO is beaming up to take his quickly growing career to the next level. With a newly released remix for ATLiens under his belt, an upcoming remix for Caspa on the way and a highly anticipated EP (and then some) coming on Liquid Stranger’s Wakaan imprint, it’s clear that his raw and heavy-hitting sound is on its way to big things.
PEEKABOO’s forthcoming Imposters EP has already been receiving major hype across the festival circuit. The recently revealed “Aliens,” debuted on Liquid Stranger’s “Sounds Of WAKAAN Vol 2” mixtape, has fans eager to hear what else he has up his sleeve for the upcoming release.
