It seems like forever since we’ve heard some harder material from Skrillex, but we finally get it today with “WARLORDZ,” his new collaboration with TroyBoi, out now OWSLA.
Skrillex actually features on TroyBoi’s tune, but that doesn’t make his involvement any less bombastic. The combination both artists’ styles are clearly presented in this 3-minute tribal bass journey. TroyBoi’s left center style trap and bass feels right at home with Skrillex’s heavier wobbles and punchier synths.
Both artists dedicated thank you posts to each other, with Skrillex even beaming, “I got featured on a @TroyBoiMusic song!”
