Talking Heads share previously unreleased live version of ‘Uh-Oh, Love Comes to Town’: Listen

A new ‘Super Deluxe’ edition of Talking Heads’ seminal album, ‘77’, has been announced.

Due for release on November 8, the new collection is includes a remastered version of the original album, a collection of rare and previously unreleased demos and outtakes, and a double LP of their 1977 performance at CBGB in New York.

The four LPs come packaged in a special lift-off-lid box with four 7” singles set in a gatefold, an 80-page hardcover book, and liner notes written by the band.

The package is also available in 3CD/Blu-ray, 2LP and digital formats.

Ahead of the full release, a previously unreleased live version of ‘Uh-Oh, Love Comes to Town’, taken from the live recording of the CBGB performance, has hit streaming services.

The new Super Deluxe Edition is the latest in a series of celebratory releases from the band following the 40th anniversary of their concert film ‘Stop Making Sense’.
