Hooley dooley, The Presets are hitting Splendour In The Grass this month! Exciting news to start the week, but it does come paired with sad news for Chromeo, who revealed they will be cancelling their forthcoming tour.
Chromeo shared a statement this morning detailing their cancellation, and it reads as follows:
“To our funkateers & chromettes in Australia,
We are truly sorry to announce that our upcoming July shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Splendour In The Grass have been cancelled. It’s been so long since we’ve visited you last and we were so excited to play for you. Unfortunately, the rigors our touring schedule have caught up with us and we need to prioritize our health and wellbeing. We’re being told that this period would be best served as a time to rest. This was not an easy call to make. We hope you understand. Please know that we’re doing everything we can to reschedule our time in Australia. We will see you all soon.

The Presets only just wrapped up their own nationwide tour, celebrating the release their new album HI VIZ. After catching them in Sydney last week, we can safely say this replacement will hold up!
