This EDM Trio Is Replacing Demi Lovato At A Festival for Free

Demi Lovato was earlier this week for what was believed to be a heroin overdose. The singer is now in stable condition at a Los Angeles hospital, and a source close to Lovato denies that she was treated for a heroin overdose; they declined to mention what specific drugs were taken. Another representative for Lovato stated, “Some the information being reported is incorrect and they her family] respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.”

All the same, some imminent performances from Lovato have been cancelled, including her appearance on the Atlantic City beach tonight. Fortunately, the music will go on tonight as Cheat Codes have been tapped as her replacement.

Cheat Codes and Lovato released a hit song together last year called “No Promises,” so the switch out isn’t completely out left field, and fans Lovato can be sure to still hear at least one her songs in the trio’s set.

According to NJ.com, “Ticket holders for the original Lovato show need not bring their tickets to this show. Those tickets can be used for The Chainsmokers’ performance on the beach on Sunday, or they can be refunded at point purchase. ”
