A new Wu-Tang Clan video game is on the way.
Announced at Summer Game Fest last weekend (6th - 9th June), Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver is a cooperative action RPG from Brass Lion Entertainment that blends elements of Afro-surrealism and anime with a soundtrack from the group, according to IGN.
The game allows up to four players who battle against "an unknown threat" with powers instilled by Wu-Tang members.
“Creating Angel of Dust has been an incredible journey," Ghostface Killah said in a statement. "Bringing the story to life through film was just the beginning. Now, with the development of the video game, we are immersing fans even deeper into this supernatural thriller universe.
"It’s about blending music, storytelling, and interactive experience. I can’t wait for fans to step into the darkness and discover what lies beneath.”
The game will be available on PC and consoles. No release date has yet been announced.
