ZHU is easily one dance music’s most enigmatic producers and performers, breaking onto the scene in 2015 with veiled mystery and an identity everyone was dying to know. Over the years, he quietly began to come out hiding, letting his music speak for itself and shedding the protection anonymity in favor community.
With his (not counting Genesis Series), ZHU headed out to the desert to treat a select number fans to an intimate three-hour BLACKLIZT performance at Joshua Tree.
The entire three-hour performance has now been uploaded to YouTube for your listening pleasure. Note that this is a BLACKLIZT performance, so the tracklist skews a bit more toward house and techno than his usual live sets, but it’s nonetheless an enthralling performance worthy watching.
