Bishu Brings The Feels On New Single "Teardrops"

There are plenty EDM artists who combine rap with their own style, but there aren’t many who can say they’ve rapped on their own tracks — except Bishu.

Out now on Thrive Music, “Teardrops” is a wildly interesting blend pseudo-mumble rap and EDM, with a consistent trap beat and auto-tuned vocals. A light guitar riff and drum loop keep the sound consistent throughout the tune.

In no way is this a peak hours club banger, but whenever I hear an artist start to use their own vocals on a song (and this is not the first time Bishu has done so), I start to think about the transition to live shows. Maybe that’s where he’s headed, maybe it isn’t, but the opportunity is there now.
