Swedish House Mafia have earned their fair share praise and criticism for their big reunion tour. Cancelled shows, expensive merch, and what has seemed like just a cash grab have all but earned them a lot condemnation from fans. However, those seeing them at Creamfields this coming weekend have a huge treat in store.
The festival shared some big news about the forthcoming Swedish House Mafia set on social media — they’re doing a full stage takeover. Normally when an act does a stage takeover, it’s something like Netsky & Friends or a label showcase. Not the case here. No, they’re taking over the stage because apparently their production is so big that it will require a full day to install.
This is the first we’ve ever heard an act needing a stage for a full day to install their production, no matter how big it is. We have to wonder just what they’ll be bringing to the massive UK festival this weekend.
